Hershner Hunter LLP

Our model is simple: Understand our clients’ businesses, evaluate problems from their unique perspective, and contribute to achieving their goals.
At Hershner Hunter, we practice law the way our clients do business: with the big picture in mind. We offer practical and results-oriented advice, helping our clients make sound and effective business decisions. Whether in litigation, strategic planning, or other matters, we understand that in business the bottom line is important. That’s why we focus on efficiency — helping meet our clients’ objectives and saving them time and money.

At Hershner Hunter, we employ a team approach to servicing our clients. Our attorneys specialize in every major area of law. This specialization allows us to stay at the forefront of the issues affecting your business. From labor and employment, to litigation, to intellectual property and beyond, we have seasoned professionals to answer your call. How can we help?

Patrick A. Lynd – Attorney

Patrick has represented Hershner Hunter’s clients in nearly every Circuit Court in the state of Oregon and in most Superior Courts in Western Washington. Pat has an excellent track record of making sure our clients get paid for the goods and services they provide, and he works hard to recover out-of-pocket attorney fees and costs.

Pat’s extensive courtroom experience contributes significant muscle to Hershner Hunter’s already-formidable Creditors’ Rights practice group and provides a valuable asset in counseling clients on best practices for staying out of the courtroom. Pat understands the importance of performing the cost-benefit analysis necessary in every case to ensure our clients make fully informed decisions.

Prior to attending law school, Pat was executive chef at one of the premier restaurants in Santa Cruz County, California. Pat has one daughter who was born and raised in Eugene, who somehow manages to put up with her dad. Although his passions are now his family and the law, Pat still enjoys cooking and eating gourmet meals with family and friends.
